I used to be very good at disappearing.

From a practiced chameleon
to a woman finally, completely, imperfectly
on her own side.

The Story

For a long time, I was whatever the room needed me to be. The good wife, the listening friend, the daughter who never asked for anything. I was a chameleon so practiced at blending in that I’d almost forgotten what my own colors looked like.

I thought I was fine. I was very good at "fine."

What I didn’t know was that I was exhausted.
Not just tired, but the bone-deep kind of exhaustion that comes from decades of performance—from holding yourself in a shape that was never quite yours.

The Crack That Let the Light In

My turning point didn't happen in a boardroom or through a "productivity hack."
It happened on the side of the road.

After hearing a poem that gave me permission to be whole and imperfect, I sobbed a kind of cry I didn't know was in me. It started a messy, painful, and necessary dismantling of a life I had built around everyone else’s expectations.

My Philosophy: Inside Out

Most coaching starts in the head.
We start in the body—because your body already knows what your mind is still arguing about.

Through somatic awareness, narrative reframing, and loving presence, we move through three movements:

  • SEE: Naming the armor you’re carrying without shame.

  • CHOOSE: Grieving what you put away and finally taking your dreams off the shelf.

  • PRACTICE: Learning the daily act of self-loyalty.

The messy middle is the way.
Let’s walk it together.

Why I Coach Differently

I’ve done the therapy and read the books. But the real shift didn't happen until I stopped trying to "fix" my mind and started listening to my body.

I learned that the "messy middle"
— that uncomfortable space between who you were and who you are becoming—isn't a detour or a problem to solve.
It is the path.

Today, I still catch myself trying to "shape-shift" to keep the peace. The difference is that now, I
notice it as a physical sensation. I know the weight of the armor, and I know how to put it down.

Who I’m For

I work with women who are high-functioning on the outside but quietly struggling on the inside. Women who have "checked the boxes" but feel quietly unfulfilled, carrying dreams they put on a shelf years ago.

If you are tired of performing and ready for something real, I’m here to tell you: It is enough. You are enough.

You don't need another cognitive framework.
You need to feel something shift in your body.

You need permission to want what you want, without justifying it to anyone else.

My 12-session coaching journey takes you through three transformative phases:

  1. Get Real: We gently examine what you're tolerating and uncover the outdated beliefs running in the background.

  2. Get Clear: We reconnect with your buried dreams and meet your future self—the one living the life you barely let yourself imagine

  3. Get Going: We create sustainable systems that align with who you're becoming, not who you think you should be

Who I Serve

I work with women navigating midlife transitions, career pivots, or that persistent feeling that there must be more to life than this. My clients often come to me exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone. They leave not just with physical relief or a action plan, but with renewed clarity about who they are and what's possible when they stop pushing against life and start flowing with it.

This isn't about adding more to your already overwhelming to-do list.

It's about reconnecting with parts of yourself that got buried under everyone else's priorities. It's about learning to trust your body's wisdom, not just your mind's logic. It's about discovering that those difficult chapters in your past aren't proof that you're broken—they're evidence of your strength.

Why I Do This Work

I understand firsthand how it feels when your mind and body seem disconnected—when simply existing feels overwhelming. I know the weight of carrying everyone else's expectations while losing sight of your own dreams. And I know the profound freedom that comes when you finally give yourself permission to matter.

Currently, I'm deepening my practice through a year-long dharma study program and working toward my ICF coaching certification. But beyond the credentials, what sets my work apart is my genuine understanding of the healing journey. Every session—whether coaching, bodywork, or sound healing—is infused with the compassion that comes from having traveled this path myself..

If you're ready to stop
white-knuckling through life
and start being pulled forward
by genuine excitement for your future,
I'm here to guide you home—to yourself.

Currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina, I offer both in-person bodywork sessions and virtual coaching to women ready to transform their relationship with themselves.
