When did you last feel genuinely excited about your own life?

Hi, I'm Liz.

If you can't remember—
if that question makes you realize you've been running on empty while keeping everyone else's world spinning

—You’re exactly who I'm here for.

I spent decades being the family stabilizer,
the good wife, the care-taker, stay small, don’t make waves.

From the outside, I was succeeding. Inside? I was so disconnected from my own desires that I couldn't even name what I wanted anymore.
I'd managed everyone else's comfort for so long that
my own dreams had quietly disappeared from the list.

The Journey Back to What Lights You Up

After the dust settled, something beautiful began to emerge.
Through massage school, building my own business, and eventually training in coaching, I didn't just rebuild—I rediscovered. I found the woman who loved Buddhist philosophy and pagan rituals, who thrived in tie-dye and long flowing skirts again, who got excited about sound healing and energy work.

More importantly, I learned that we can remember what lights us up WITHOUT destroying everything we've built. We can reconnect with our excitement WITHOUT detonating our responsibilities. We can create futures we're thrilled about while honoring what matters.

Why I'm the Right Guide for Your Rediscovery

Beyond my certifications in life coaching, massage therapy, yoga, and meditation instruction, I bring something unique:

I know both the slow fade of forgetting yourself
AND the joy of remembering.
I understand:

  • The guilt that comes when you even think about prioritizing your own desires

  • The fear that you're "too old" or "it's too late" to want something different

  • The terror that if you stop holding everything together, it will all fall apart

  • But also: the electric feeling when you reconnect with something that genuinely excites you

  • The surprise of discovering you still have dreams, they were just buried

  • The relief of realizing you can pursue what lights you up without abandoning what you love

My Approach:
Strategic Rediscovery,
because
growth is a spiral

Get Real - We gently examine what you're tolerating and why you've been accepting "fine" as good enough

Get Clear - We excavate your buried dreams and meet your future self—the one who wakes up excited

Get Messy - We navigate the discomfort of prioritizing yourself (without the guilt)

Get Going - We build sustainable practices that keep you connected to what lights you up

This isn't about massive overnight change. It's about remembering who you were before you became the keeper of everyone else's comfort. It's about discovering that your "different" isn't too much—it's exactly what makes you light up.

Your Future Self Is Already Calling

She remembers what excites her. She pursues what lights her up without apology. She's learned that maintaining everyone else's world at the expense of her own joy isn't noble—it's unsustainable.

Most importantly, she's discovered that you can be responsible AND excited about your life. You can care for others AND pursue what lights you up. You can be reliable AND radically yourself.

You haven't lost your spark.
It's just been buried under years of being everyone else's light.
Let's uncover it together—strategically, gently, and without any bombs required.

The Slow Fade of Forgetting Yourself

It doesn't happen overnight.
First, you postpone that art class because someone needs you. Then you stop mentioning your ideas because they seem "too much."
You trade your tie-dye soul for appropriate corporate clothing.
You hide the tarot cards and your spirit guides.
You learn to want what's practical instead of what lights you up.

My training started early—by age 8, I was already an expert at keeping things "looking good" while our family navigated alcoholism and unspoken trauma. I learned that being "different" was inconvenient, that having needs was selfish, that excitement about my own interests was "over the top."

Years of this slow erasure led to anxiety that felt like drowning and depression that whispered, "Is this all there is?"

Here's what I learned the hard way: when you forget what lights you up for too long, your soul starts sending distress signals. Ignore them long enough, and you might just blow everything up trying to find yourself again.

My Wake-Up Call
(Or: When Forgetting Becomes Detonation).

When I finally realized my dreams weren't even on our family priority list—weren't even in the conversation—something in me snapped. I detonated my marriage in a messy, painful explosion that hurt a lot.

But here's what that desperate act taught me: I wasn't trying to destroy everything. I was trying to remember who I was before I became everyone's everything. Dimming my light until it was almost gone.

The bomb was unnecessary.
The remembering was essential.

My 12-session coaching journey takes you through four transformative phases:

  1. Get Real: We gently examine what you're tolerating and uncover the outdated beliefs running in the background.

  2. Get Clear: We reconnect with your buried dreams and meet your future self—the one living the life you barely let yourself imagine

  3. Get Messy: We build your real-life toolkit for navigating change with self-compassion instead of self-criticism

  4. Get Going: We create sustainable systems that align with who you're becoming, not who you think you should be

Who I Serve

I work with women navigating midlife transitions, career pivots, or that persistent feeling that there must be more to life than this. My clients often come to me exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone. They leave not just with physical relief or a action plan, but with renewed clarity about who they are and what's possible when they stop pushing against life and start flowing with it.

This isn't about adding more to your already overwhelming to-do list.

It's about reconnecting with parts of yourself that got buried under everyone else's priorities. It's about learning to trust your body's wisdom, not just your mind's logic. It's about discovering that those difficult chapters in your past aren't proof that you're broken—they're evidence of your strength.

Why I Do This Work

I understand firsthand how it feels when your mind and body seem disconnected—when simply existing feels overwhelming. I know the weight of carrying everyone else's expectations while losing sight of your own dreams. And I know the profound freedom that comes when you finally give yourself permission to matter.

Currently, I'm deepening my practice through a year-long dharma study program and working toward my ICF coaching certification. But beyond the credentials, what sets my work apart is my genuine understanding of the healing journey. Every session—whether coaching, bodywork, or sound healing—is infused with the compassion that comes from having traveled this path myself..

If you're ready to stop
white-knuckling through life
and start being pulled forward
by genuine excitement for your future,
I'm here to guide you home—to yourself.

Currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina, I offer both in-person bodywork sessions and virtual coaching to women ready to transform their relationship with themselves.
