Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to retain full credit.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your service or do not show up to your appointment, we will charge or retain 100% of the service fee.

  • Refunds are available with 10% withheld to cover the merchant's processing fees if you wish to cancel your appointment and cannot or do not wish to reschedule your appointment. Please email HeyLiz@LizKriz.com to initiate the refund process.

  • Your payment will be held as credit to reschedule your appointment. Refunds are not automatically issued for canceled appointments. This is a manual process, and you MUST email to initiate a refund.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All personal information held by Carolina Healing Arts, LLC d/b/a Liz Kriz, is treated as private and confidential. It is used solely by Carolina Healing Arts, LLC d/b/a Liz Kriz and will not be disclosed to other parties.

The client understands that Liz Kriz may refuse to take on a client should a situation arise that would be better managed with medical or licensed psychological help, or be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety, and wellbeing of either the client or Liz Kriz.

Each person reacts differently to coaching, and in no case does Liz Kriz or Carolina Healing Arts, LLC guarantee any particular outcome from a session, package, or series of sessions.

Liz Kriz reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at her own discretion. In this instance, full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

Examples of when this may occur include:

  • If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;

  • If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;

  • If the client's actions, words, or behavior are inappropriate or of a sexual nature;

  • If the client is threatening, aggressive, or violent, or in any way poses a risk to themselves or Liz Kriz.
